Niko Suokko's Celebration of Life

You are invited to join us to celebrate the amazing life of Niko, who was suddenly taken away from us in a tragic avalanche accident at the Snoqualmie Pass on February 25th. We lost a dear son, caring brother and an amazing friend!

This is a gathering for friends, family and our extended community to celebrate how we all shared our lives and passion for life with Niko.

Many of you have asked how you could make a donation or contribute in his memory. We ask all donations (also in lieu of flowers) to be directed to a special Niko Suokko Memorial Fund at Northwest Avalanche Center - NWAC - https://www.nwac.us/niko/.

The funds will be used exclusively for avalanche awareness and education for young backcountry enthusiasts so they can enjoy their adventures and safely return home to their loved ones. You will hear more about our plans to keep Niko's legacy alive for years to come during the event.

Most of us will be wearing jeans and a hoodie, as Niko would often wear, so feel free to come dressed casually.

Light appetizers and beverages will be served. Program will start at 5:00pm.
